michelle 88175d23fe add local content missing from remote: agents docs, restructure diagrams, README 
This submodule had been left uninitialised on Percy: the folder held 76 real
files but no .git, so nothing here had been pushed since 17 Jul. Adopted the
remote repo into the existing folder rather than re-cloning over it, so no
local file was overwritten.

The 39 shared files differed only by line endings (verified byte-for-byte
ignoring CR) so they are left at the remote's version rather than committing a
pointless whitespace churn.

Also ignores .sync/ - machine-local FreeFileSync/rclone bisync state.
